The Pilot Cadetship is one of the most competitive pilot training programmes on offer today.  Cadetships regularly receive thousands of applicants for a very limited number of places.

Before we even begin our session we send you out a list of exercises to prepare.  These exercises are designed to aid your research on the position, the company and the training programme. 

During the session we cover everything from grading, sample questions, competency interview technique, technical interview technique, body language and much more.  

Our two hour interview session is designed to get you up to speed with how to pass your interview with the bet possible scoring and prepare you for your mock interview (our second package) which takes places at a later date. 

Mock interviews are conducted as panel interviews with one HR member and one pilot – exactly as it will be when you go for interview.  Mock Interviews are conducted in full interview conditions and include a full debrief of your performance afterwards.
